This session will examine the important role of faculty in developing a successful Strategic Enrollment Management Plan at small colleges. We will review and discuss the”Secret Sauce”, why faculty leadership, involvement, and engagement throughout the SEM planning and implementation process at a small college can be a game changer. Enhancing faculty engagement as well as their understanding of SEM plan components, including digital marketing will be explored.
