This session will take a dive into the strategies and tactics smaller institutions will need to consider as they prepare their marketing, recruitment and outreach plans for this looming enrollment cliff. We will take a few minutes to consider each area with respect to the 26 letters of the alphabet.  We will draw on years of experience in HE as we remind, refresh and refocus attendees with strategies and tactics that will be critical to success in the coming years.
