Growing Enrollment with Market Responsive Programs

Research shows that 65% of students choose where to attend college based on whether their program of interest is offered, however developing new programs to respond to student demand can be an expensive, time intensive gamble. But it doesn’t have to be that way. This session will explore how enrollment leaders at small colleges can take the reins to affordably test and launch the majors students want most without hiring new faculty or risking long-term deficits. We’ll also share case studies from peer colleges who collaborated on market-responsive programs to attract and retain students while generating millions of dollars in new tuition revenue in as quickly as one semester.
