Vice President, Student Success & Engagement

Jamie Zamjahn is passionate about removing administrative barriers to students’ persistence, retention, and graduation. He has spent the past 20 years engaging in and leading various student success and student affairs teams, initiatives, and departments at different institutions of higher education. He currently serves as the Vice President of Student Success & Engagement at Baker College. He earned his bachelor’s degree in history from Saint John’s University and his master’s degree in educational leadership from Saint Mary’s University. He is finishing up his dissertation for his EdD in Educational Leadership with a concentration in Higher Education Administration from Idaho State University. Outside of work and research, Jamie relishes being a girl dad to his two daughters Nina and Maya as well as a Labradoodle Dad to Sammi
